Blogger emergency, Yoga Paul and teaser

by eatpraytri on April 7, 2012

Yesterday I had my first blogger emergency. I was going about my day casually going through my favorite blogs that I read pretty much daily and entering comments when I had something to say.

Wait.

Why aren’t they showing up like I usually do?

I tried and tried on Kristens blog to enter a comment but it wouldn’t show. (you should check out her post and look in the comments to see how funny it looks) So I headed on over to some other blogs that I read and tried to comment there. No luck. Starting to panic.

I had no idea what was going on. I know that ever since I went self-hosted I’ve had a few issues commenting on some blogs where it wanted me to login to my wordpress.com account but then it would link to my old blog instead of my new blog. But I had never had an issue where the comments just wouldn’t show up at all. I started freaking out.

What if I could never comment on a blog again? All these new blog friends would think I deserted them. How would I ever go on?!?!!?

I emailed a couple of the bloggers that my comments had disappeared into thin air and asked what they were seeing on their end. Kristen let me know right away that they went into her spam box and this had happened to her in the past as well. Brittany said they went into her spam as well and she gave me a link to a site where I could ask them to please stop blocking my site and sending me to spam. Hallelujah! Blogger friends to the rescue! Hopefully all will be fixed soon and I can continue showing the love on the blogs that I have come to look forward to reading so much. Whew. Crisis averted.

Thank you ladies for your help! :)

Yesterday Paul went with me to Bikram yoga. He did GREAT!! None of this happened.

Funny pictures cat is confused by rolling around

He describes the experience as very “cleansing”. aka…he sweated like he has never sweated before. He felt lightheaded for about half of the session but he powered through, didn’t leave the room and was able to do the majority of the poses.

He even busted this out which was very impressive.

J/K that didn’t happen, but I’m sure it could have if he wanted to. He is very talented.

We came home and I showered and then came downstairs to find this

Plum tuckered out. It is really amazing how tired you are afterward. We were both exhausted and ready for bed by about 9pm.

Ugh, I hate it when bloggers go to spam! I don’t know why that happens! It’s incredibly annoying haha. I’m glad yoga went well….and I love that it made you guys so tired :D

I am all about the after event nap. Wait,….. I never take naps.
Maybe I should try yoga. Maybe I should try yogurt.
Who knows, as long as the dogs are happy, I’m happy.

I think you should try yoga, yogurt and napping regularly. We all love it around here and it seems to make the dogs happy. :)

I’m not sure. He seemed to be like so-so about it, but he was talking about doing poses today so I have a feeling at some point he will probably want to go again just so he can do better than he did the last time. He’s cute. ;-)
